I used to own this cassette - it was the only version of it that I ever had until I bought the vinyl copy. For whatever reason the running-order on this UK cassette is different to the vinyl. The European release cassette of 1979 - HERE - has the standard vinyl running-order whilst the Fame re-release of 1984 - HERE - matches this UK release.
So it can't be down to tape-length, which was my first thought - unless the UK & Fame re-releases did use shorter tape and therefore had to switch the tracks around.
Bizarre!
