Judas Priest is a pioneering British Heavy Metal band and was a forerunner in the New Wave of British Heavy Metal movement, laying the groundwork for the speed and thrash metal of the 80s and 90s with numerous classic albums. The band was formed in Birmingham, England in 1969 by guitarist John Perry who died shortly after and was replaced by Earnest Chataway, bassist Bruno Stapenhill, drummer John Partridge, and singer Alan Atkins, who created a band name from Bob Dylan's song 'The Ballad Of Frankie Lee And Judas Priest'. This song is by Judas Priest and appears on the album Point Of Entry 1981. You've got it, I want itMy little troubleshooterI need it, you feed itMy hunger drives me to ya. You bring me 'round with your velvet handsYou're gettin' new life to meYou put me back into promised landJust where you know I should be. You can take meYou can shake meYou can break me down. You're givin', I'm gettin'I'm gettin' satisfactionYou're makin', I'm takin'I want some heavy action. It was probably a massive turning point in metal when Priest did that album, the guitarist Judas Priest's best album of the 70's. It's where they defined their general sound and atmosphere, mixing the unrelenting instrumental attack of Stained Class with the Halford-centric British Steel. All classics from beginning to end. And zero filler. This was my first Judas Priest Album. It was so unique and powerful. The Dueling guitars changed my life
